This quick and carefree recipe for fudge can be endlessly customized to suit your tastes!
Line your desired pan with tin foil. A single batch requires an 8" pan. You may use waxed paper but I prefer foil as it is more moldable to the baking dish.
In a medium saucepan combine the sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scalding. Boil for 4-5 minutes, still stirring, and then remove from heat.
Fold in chocolate morsels, marshmallows, vanilla, and any other inclusions. Make sure to mix well and ensure that the marshmallows have melted completely.
Pour the chocolate mixture into your prepared pan and chill for a minimum of 4 hours or until set. When firm, cut into squares or use a cookie cutter to make beautiful shapes for a dessert plate.
